Job Summary:

Rocky Mountain Equipment (RME) is seeking a skilled Journeyperson Agriculture Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, ensuring the business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recondition and repair equipment components and systems as assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs.
  • Care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Order necessary parts and materials for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Experience working on NEW HOLLAND agriculture equipment is an asset.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
