Job Title: Network Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Analyst to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a Network Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks to identify and resolve issues.
  • Security: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network and systems.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform routine network start-up and close-down, maintain control records, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Network Traffic and Security Monitoring: Implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, creativity, dedication.
