Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute graphic design projects in multiple languages, focusing on developing and designing visual elements for communication materials.
- Create a variety of marketing collateral, including digital display ads, website graphics, email campaigns, social media content, video advertisements, print ads, product catalogs, packaging designs, user manuals, and promotional signage.
- Design and edit video graphics for diverse media formats.
- Assist in the execution of promotional initiatives and materials for all ZWILLING brands in both Culinary and Beauty sectors.
- Support A/B testing efforts by creating visual variations to enhance digital campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on packaging design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, from layout to copywriting and UPC code production/testing.
- Provide support to existing accounts and gourmet retailers with promotional materials, co-op advertising, point-of-sale materials, and branding assets.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of experience in both traditional and digital graphic design, along with video editing skills. A solid understanding of consumer behavior will enable you to tailor communications effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design or Creative Services.
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Experience in designing for web, mobile, and print formats.
- Strong creative vision, copywriting skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Positive demeanor, adaptability, and a willingness to adjust priorities as necessary.
- Experience with both print and digital assets.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends to optimize creative design based on customer journeys and performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
