Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic through digital platforms.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maximize store profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Supervisor to align store operations with company goals.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field, an asset.
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
- Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
- Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to changing business environments.
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Social media skills, mobile device skills, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
