Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at David Hung Tak Chiu. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with their medication management and appointment scheduling.
  • Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being, such as exercise and hobbies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
