Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership: inspire and guide sorting personnel, serving as their go-to resource.
  • Exhibit accountability: act as the primary support for the Sorting Supervisor, relaying staffing requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrate effective stress management: thrive in high-pressure situations and remain central to operations.
  • Oversee truck unloading processes, ensuring team productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Be adaptable: swiftly address requests for adjustments and unexpected challenges.

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, with shifts from 03:30 a.m. to 08:45 a.m., from Thursday to Monday.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a warehouse environment, with at least 6 months in a Lead Hand capacity (preferred).
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Office365).
  • Familiarity with current occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
