Bakery Specialist

Baxter's Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and ensure they meet our high standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with precision and creativity.
- Train staff on new recipes and techniques.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Dependability, reliability, and team player skills.
