We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at Conversations Coffee House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and implement processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
