Job Summary

Visionary Catering is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to guests, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Present bills to guests and process payments in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift.
    • Stand for long periods, move quickly and efficiently, and lift up to 25 pounds, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
