Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic financial advisor and business partner to the organization
  • Participate in decision-making and strategy development, providing financial insights and recommendations
  • Develop and present financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial information and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead the consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecast process, driving financial planning and strategy
  • Manage the treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow and liquidity management
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly compliance reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance
  • Implement process improvements and drive change management initiatives, enhancing financial operations and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy and decision-making
Your Profile:
  • Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in consolidation and reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to develop financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools, templates, and models
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of finance professionals
  • Experience with system implementation, process improvement, and change management
  • Proficiency in ERP and accounting software
