Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creating 3D models and 2D schematics of marine equipment and layout configurations.
  2. Producing technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for both governmental and commercial vessels.
  3. Conducting report generation and equipment selection processes.
  4. Executing structural design and analysis tasks.
  5. Integrating Engineering Changes into pre-existing designs.
  6. Participating in systems integration initiatives.
  7. Performing engineering analyses, including finite element analysis and stability assessments.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Required Education: Associate's Degree or Naval Architecture Diploma.
  2. Experience: 1-5+ years of hands-on experience in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and engineering design/integration projects.
  3. Proficiency in Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
  4. Competence in MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  6. Familiarity with Rhino or other 3D modeling software is advantageous.
  7. Experience in the marine industry is essential.
  8. Background in naval warship engineering design is a plus.
