Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Health and Social Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at TIMBERLEA PHARMACY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and ensuring the financial stability of our organization.

Job Summary:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our financial strategy
  • Manage our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee our financial reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior financial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other financial software
