Position Overview

As a CNC Machining Specialist at Unique Custom Doors Inc., you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that all components meet precise specifications and quality standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances for machine components
  • Prepare work pieces by measuring and laying out for assembly
  • Set up and fine-tune production machinery and tools
  • Assemble and fit components to exact tolerances
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring tools
  • Document deviations from specifications and maintain inspection records
  • Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers
  • Operate both conventional and CNC machine tools
  • Ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications

Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machinery is essential.
