Job Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor

The Meadows is a 105-bed Long Term Care Facility seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Part-Time RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the medical needs of our residents and ensuring their physical, spiritual, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and leadership guidance to the neighborhood care team
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and service

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the Province of Nova Scotia
  • Experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
