Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
