  • Sort, stack, and pile lumber in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Handle and lift materials with care, adhering to company safety standards.
  • Operate production equipment as assigned, following proper procedures and protocols.
  • Assist other processing workers in maintaining a smooth production flow.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of sawmill equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues to the team.
  • Participate in repetitive tasks, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and Safe Work Practices, including Lockouts and pre-task hazard assessments.
  • Stand for extended periods, maintaining a high level of physical fitness.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Availability to perform day and night shifts as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to lift and handle materials with ease.
  • Ability to work on repetitive tasks, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong commitment to following all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Reliable and excellent work ethic, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.

Compensation Package:

  • The hourly pay range for this position may vary depending on the specific job duties, with a competitive rate of $33.03 per hour.
