In this role, you will work closely with the Insurance Transformation Business Partners to drive the transformation agenda through data analysis and storytelling. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop, define, and track various insurance portfolio initiatives while highlighting key dependencies.
  • Intake Support: Assist in the intake of new initiatives across the portfolio, prioritizing and funding efforts.
  • Insurance Transformation Forum: Create and maintain status reports for the monthly Transformation Forum, detailing project dependencies, risks, and achievements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project updates and requirements.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, document, and resolve risks and issues within the project portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing processes and methodologies within the Transformation Management Office.
  • Change Management Support: Support the creation and execution of change management strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of project or portfolio delivery experience
  • Strong background in Insurance industry
  • Knowledge of Canadian P&C Industry and its regulatory environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead change and adapt quickly
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative team player
