Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team at 2339366 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy-duty equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Instruct apprentices in the proper maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
- Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose faults or malfunctions and adjust equipment as needed, repairing or replacing defective parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our equipment.
- Service and Support: Service attachments and working tools, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to support the smooth operation of our equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
