Your New Role
As our new Substation Project Manager, you will be immediately assigned to one of our largest substation projects with a high-profile Client to effectively manage our internal, multi-disciplinary design team, as well as world-class sub-consultants.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage time, quality, and financial aspects on projects to meet deadlines and project success criteria.
- Serve as a substation engineer, guiding and reviewing designs for medium and high voltage substation projects.
- Ensure Ramboll QA/QC procedures are implemented and understand and implement codes and standards related to the power systems environment.
- Host and lead design meetings and follow up on work performed by all disciplines.
- Build client relationships and convey technical knowledge convincingly through effective communication and ensuring projects are aligned with Client objectives.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong understanding of layout optimization and technical knowledge of major equipment associated with substation facilities. You should have significant project management experience, preferably within a similar role, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients.
