About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit production reports to management
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of drywall installation teams
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee the training and development of apprentices
  • Recruit and hire qualified workers and manage staffing actions
  • Develop and implement training programs for drywall installation techniques
  • Review blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation
  • Procure and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Work a regular 35-40 hour week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in drywall installation or a related field
Language and Work Environment

English is the primary language of communication in this role. The work environment is a construction site with regular hours and a permanent position.
