Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Coating Specialist to join our team at Quality Assured Manufacturing Inc. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on the preparation and application of coatings in a manufacturing environment.

Education Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Apply paint to small components and execute touch-ups using brushes.
  • Prepare surfaces and apply stencils, decals, or decorative elements on finished products.
  • Select and mix appropriate paints for various applications.
  • Operate equipment for spraying or coating surfaces.
Surface Preparation Techniques
  • Utilize abrasive head blasting methods.
  • Implement masking techniques for precise painting.
  • Employ sandblasting equipment as needed.
Types of Coatings Used
  • Work with catalyzed or polymerized paints.
  • Apply fire retardant coatings.
