Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct IELTS Speaking tests to the highest standards, ensuring the integrity and security of the assessment process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Examiner Code of Practice and IELTS Confidentiality Undertaking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of testing sessions.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance assessment skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Hold an undergraduate or Master's degree, or a recognized equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a recognized qualification in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) or a recognized equivalent.
  • Have at least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) relevant TESOL teaching experience, with a focus on adult students (18+ years).
  • Demonstrate excellent professional attributes and interpersonal skills.

Qualified applicants will be invited to examine at ILSC Vancouver, followed by Examiner training for successful candidates.
