Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Test Pilot to join our team at Canadian Helicopters Limited. As a Flight Test Pilot, you will be responsible for piloting our aircraft in accordance with operational standards and assuming all other responsibilities related to the position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Piloting: You will be responsible for piloting our aircraft in accordance with operational standards, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Operational Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to all operational standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: You will assume all other responsibilities related to the position, including but not limited to, maintenance of aircraft records, reporting of incidents, and participation in training programs.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Pilot Licence: You must hold a valid Canadian Commercial Pilot Licence – Aeroplane (CPL (A)).
  • Flight Experience: You must have a minimum of 1000 hours of flight time, with a minimum of 100 hours of night flight experience.
  • Cessna 206 Experience: Experience on the Cessna 206 will be considered an important asset.
  • IFR Group 1,2 or 3: IFR Group 1,2 or 3 is an asset.
  • Canadian Passport or Valid Visa: You must hold a Canadian passport or valid visa.
  • Security Check: You must be able to pass a security check and obtain an HIAA RAIC card.
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing: You must be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing prior to employment and randomly during the term.
  • Communication Skills: You must have strong communication skills in English, with French being an asset.
