- Oversee the installation and programming of security systems including alarms, access control, and CCTV according to client specifications.
- Engage with clients to diagnose issues with their security systems.
- Execute service calls and provide 24/7 emergency support.
- Deliver high-quality service and maintenance, offering recommendations for system enhancements.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Conduct system tests to verify successful service completion and make necessary adjustments.
- Educate clients on the operation and proper use of their security systems.
- Provide foundational knowledge about system functionalities to clients.
- Independently perform quality service and maintenance, suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Carry out verification and inspection duties as assigned by Security Coordinators.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Security Coordinators to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all installation and service deadlines.
- Exhibit flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Be prepared for overnight travel as part of the role.
Required Qualifications:
- VDV/M – Limited Specialized Trade Electricians' License is mandatory.
- Proficient in computer and network systems for effective setup.
- Basic knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the alarm installation and service sector is preferred.
- A valid driver's license in Canada with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Access Control, Alarm, and CCTV systems.
