About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team at Refexio. As a key member of our emergency mitigation and restoration services, you will be responsible for directing work, managing emergencies, and providing environmental expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Site monitoring and management, including excavation and excavator management
  • Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors
  • Ordering materials and equipment, with a focus on budget management and profitability objectives
  • Effective communication with teams, insurance companies, and suppliers
  • Management of excavations for oil damage and asbestos work
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision
  • Knowledge of asbestos, mold removal, and environmental standards
  • Basic knowledge of building and construction principles
  • Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
  • Hold the ASP construction card and a valid driving license
