We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geospatial Sales Representative to join our team at Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth in the Mobile Mapping segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities for scanning business development.
- Work closely with the regional product team to provide input on yearly strategy and business plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Contribute to product promotion through various channels, including press releases, success stories, presentations, advertising, and industry publications.
- Represent Leica Geosystems and Mobile Mapping solutions at trade shows, seminars, and surveying society events.
- Perform customer demonstrations and work with regional distribution partners to develop relationships and generate additional opportunities.
- 5+ years of industry experience with significant background in Mobile Mapping and land surveying.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing sales models and plans.
- Proven sales professional with Key Account Management and Direct Sales experience.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and mobilize people via excellent communication and clear objectives.
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
- Strong presentation skills, especially to groups and forums of customers.
- Aptitude for developing plans and strategies to succeed.
- Passion for achieving business goals and sales targets.
- Advanced skills in developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as required.
