Job Title: Commercial Vehicle Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Vehicle Instructor to join our team at Versatile Training Solutions.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Vehicle Instructor will be responsible for training students in the safe operation of commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students in work sessions and provide guidance and feedback on their performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for students, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on training.
  • Prepare and administer tests and evaluations to assess student progress.
  • Provide advice and guidance to students on career decisions and program curricula.
  • Conduct course and program evaluations to ensure high-quality training.
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) and Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
