Position Overview

The Arts and Crafts Programs Coordinator at Formation TAC Inc. is responsible for overseeing and enhancing recreational activities focused on arts and crafts. This role requires a blend of creativity and organizational skills to manage various programs effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance in the planning, execution, and management of arts and crafts programs.
  • Supervise and mentor office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct instructional sessions for groups and individuals in various arts and crafts techniques.
  • Ensure the safety of participants during recreational activities and provide first aid assistance as necessary.
  • Organize and manage events related to arts and crafts.
  • Coordinate project activities to meet established deadlines and budgetary constraints.
