About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Longbow Advantage. As a Junior WMS Implementation Analyst, you will play a critical role in configuring and delivering critical business functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Deliver Business Functions: Assist in configuring and delivering critical business functions for Longbow clients, ensuring seamless integration with our WMS platform.
  • Document Business Requirements and Processes: Document business requirements and processes, application configurations, and other relevant information to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
  • Support Implementation Lifecycle: Support every phase of Longbow's implementation lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and technical experts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality against design requirements, and manage customer acceptance testing as appropriate.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the operation of the application and the administration of business processes, reference data, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Computer/Software Engineering or related degree
  • Expertise in JDA/Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Highjump, SAP, Tecsys or other Supply Chain Software systems
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and other Database Technologies
  • Experience in documenting process flows and operational procedures
  • Operating systems – Windows and UNIX
  • XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio/Visual basic
  • Strong knowledge and work experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
