RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Stratégie et mise en œuvre des solutions ERP numériques

  • Élaboration d'une feuille de route numérique sur trois ans pour les solutions ERP.
  • Gestion du portefeuille de transformation numérique lié aux solutions ERP.
  • Conception et définition des produits et services numériques ERP pour soutenir toutes les fonctions de Boralex.
  • Création et direction des équipes de mise en œuvre des solutions ERP numériques.
  • Collaboration avec les différentes fonctions de Boralex pour le déploiement des projets numériques.
  • Surveillance des tendances technologiques et encouragement de l'innovation.

Stratégie technologique

  • Choix et déploiement des plateformes ERP en accord avec la stratégie numérique.
  • Création et gestion de l'équipe dédiée aux solutions ERP.
  • Application de méthodologies agiles pour les équipes ERP.
  • Suivi des performances et gestion du portefeuille au niveau européen pour les fonctions technologiques et numériques.
  • Collaboration avec le leadership régional et participation aux comités de direction.
  • Élaboration et suivi du budget pour les fonctions Technologie et Numérique.
  • Suivi des déploiements régionaux.

Autres responsabilités

  • Promouvoir un environnement de travail sain et sécuritaire, en faisant preuve de leadership en matière de santé et sécurité.
  • Gérer et développer les ressources humaines en accord avec les valeurs de Boralex.
  • Former des équipes compétentes et engagées pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Encourager le développement des compétences au sein de l'équipe.
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes et efficaces.

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent en commerce, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Solide culture technique et informatique, notamment en développement et ERP.
  • Connaissance approfondie des technologies contemporaines, y compris l'infonuagique et la gestion de projet.
  • Capacité à optimiser la chaîne de valeur dans des environnements complexes.
  • Expérience significative dans le domaine des technologies, avec au moins cinq ans dans des rôles de gestion.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets d'envergure, idéalement à l'international.
  • Compétences en sélection et gestion de fournisseurs stratégiques.
  • Expérience en tant que DSI dans une entreprise de taille intermédiaire.
  • Connaissance des différents cadres de livraison numérique.
  • Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes technologiques.
