Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expand existing relationships with healthcare providers and facilities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Travel regularly to meet with customers, attend sales events, and participate in training sessions.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in competitive technical sales, medical product sales, or a hospital environment.
- Appropriate clinical post-secondary education (RT, RN) or applicable business degree.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
