About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Sonu Beauty College Limited. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide general information to customers on beauty products, advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type, and ensure that all customers receive a high level of service.
  • Beauty Treatments: Perform exfoliating body treatments, apply makeup on customers, and provide other beauty treatments as required.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty products and trends, and be able to advise customers on the best products for their skin type and colouring.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that all clients receive a high level of service.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and be able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
