Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at TIARA DOORS AND MOULDING LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
Work Environment

The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent judgement, flexibility, and reliability.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
