Job SummaryAs a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting your team members.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom.
- Support your team members, including training and mentoring new hires.
- Process donations, including sorting, pricing, and displaying merchandise.
- Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and processing returns.
