About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts and models to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify key business drivers and develop financial strategies to optimize performance.
  • Support the development and analysis of our annual financial and operating budget.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to senior management.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process and ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Streamline business processes and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
