Physiotherapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Elmsdale. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve optimal health and well-being.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position available Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package with an excellent benefits program for permanent full-time employees. You will also have access to an annual continuing education allowance of $1,500.00 (full-time), with various internal training opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association.
  • Experience treating clients in an outpatient rehabilitation clinical setting is a definite plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-disciplinary work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
