Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of multi-layer roofing systems utilizing materials such as asphalt-saturated felts combined with hot asphalt and gravel
  • Installation of single-layer roofing systems employing waterproof sheet materials including modified plastics, elastomeric, or other asphalt-based compounds
  • Interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain work requirements
  • Repairing or replacing single-layer roofing systems as necessary
  • Applying waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces, whether above or below ground
  • Installing and maintaining metal roofing using both hand and power tools
  • Installing sheet metal flashings to ensure proper sealing
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience
