Position Summary:
We are in search of a skilled Manufacturing Planning Specialist and Customer Experience Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in optimizing manufacturing and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Planning Specialist, your primary duties will include assisting the Master Scheduler in formulating and executing strategies to enhance production workflows, boost efficiency, and ensure seamless operations within a manufacturing context.
- **Work Order Management:** Generate and distribute shop and office documentation to relevant production and purchasing teams. Monitor work orders and drawings throughout the production cycle, implementing necessary changes and ensuring all affected processes are updated.
- **Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing:** Accurately create BOM and routing for all orders using Global Shop software, coordinating with Purchasing and Production. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to guarantee all required materials are procured or fabricated to meet delivery timelines. Organize inventory data for easy reference and input quality specifications as needed.
As a Customer Experience Operations Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding service to our clients, coordinating and supporting our OEM product lines.
- **Order Management:** Process orders and liaise with Purchasing and Production to stay informed about order statuses, acting as the customer advocate for these products. Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers regarding delivery schedules. Prepare and maintain monthly performance reports for management review.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in engineering technology or relevant industry experience.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in production planning within a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting and familiarity with associated processes is preferred.
