Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Trane Supply Store and warehouse facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful management and leadership of the store, including sales, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer sales associates, warehouse technicians, and other specialty positions to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage overall operations, including inventory control, replenishment, stocking, cycle counting, physical inventory, receiving, and obsolete slow-moving inventory (OSMI).
- Monitor and audit product returns and warranty transaction/claim activity.
- Directly supervise customer sales associates, warehouse, and delivery personnel in store.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Proven experience in building customer relationships and leading a team to achieve sales goals.
- Experience working in a process management system and priority setting.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in an inventory management system or retail sales program a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
