Position Overview
This is a contractual remote opportunity for an in-house Corporate Legal Advisor at LD&A CPA Firm. The Corporate Legal Advisor will be tasked with delivering legal counsel, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal matters on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and formulate shareholder agreements
- Prepare and create engagement contracts
- Expertise in contract negotiations
- Handle incorporation and dissolution filings
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to work independently and remotely
- Licensed corporate attorney with the ability to practice law
