Senior Director of Data Management

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Data Management to join our Corporate Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a commercial loan portfolio, originating new customers, and coordinating with other products as part of a larger coverage team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a complex portfolio of commercial loans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in credit recommendations concerning risk, deal structure, and requirements of new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Research data to facilitate solutions for customer and prospect activities and needs.
- Collaborate with the Associate-Director to facilitate the annual review process, interim reviews, quarterly reporting, and exception resolution.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or MBA in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking and finance.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including financial and accounting analysis, data analysis, and statistics.
- Excellent computer knowledge and technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with clients and legal counsel.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
