Job Title: Derrickhand

Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited is seeking a skilled Derrickhand to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Derrickhand to work on our offshore drilling rig. The successful candidate will be responsible for attaching pumps and hoses to the wellhead, operating and maintaining drilling mud systems and pumps, and writing daily progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attach pumps and hoses to the wellhead
  • Operate and maintain drilling mud systems and pumps
  • Write daily basic progress reports
  • Operate and maintain drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions, and other mechanical equipment
  • Read gauges to interpret conditions and adjust pumping procedure
  • Assist in setting up, taking down, and transporting drilling and service rigs
  • Mix chemicals and cements
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits
  • Temporaire employment

  • 2190 hours per year
