Job Title: Organizational Services Director

LAVAGE DE VITRES J.M. ROULEAU INC. is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Services Director to lead our administrative operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing administrative issues, directing operations, and planning budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Analysis: Identify and resolve administrative issues to support employees.
  • Operational Direction: Direct the operations of our organization or department, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Partnership and Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Settlement Support: Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Social and Labour Market Integration: Support newcomers and refugees in accessing community resources, language training, and skills training.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in English or French. Work term: Permanent. Work language: English or French. Hours: 40 hours per week.
