Retail Merchandising Associate

About This Position
As a Mobile Warehouse Laborer-Merchandiser at Coke Canada Bottling, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are readily available to consumers in local grocery stores. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and restocking beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays to provide a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently transport products from the backroom or storage area to the front of the store using manual equipment.
- Organize and manage backroom inventory by monitoring stock levels, processing damaged items, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Build and modify product displays according to company standards, ensuring proper signage and cleanliness.
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies while performing tasks.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers, representing the company positively.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a flexible schedule, typically ranging from 8 to 16 hours per week, with preferred working days on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, subject to business needs.
Compensation:
The wage for this role is $16.50 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement at 62 cents per kilometer, along with 4% vacation pay.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, or warehousing is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable access to a vehicle.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is required.
- A clean driving record with no major violations is essential.
