About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, and operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment.
  • Document symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, and maintain accurate and detailed records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and make informed decisions to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Current certification in CPR and a criminal record check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and high pressure.
