Sales Coordination Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Johnston Equipment. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with sales representatives, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage sales orders in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to confirm delivery information and arrange for product pickup or delivery
  • Generate invoices and distribute documents to relevant departments
  • Manage and maintain sales order records, including tracking and reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as required to support the sales team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a office environment with occasional travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
