Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Fine Peace Furry Creek Golf Limited Partnership. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our department store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize our financial performance.
  • Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements for our store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff to meet customer demand.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or department store environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
