Key Responsibilities:
- Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
- Design menus and calculate food requirements for preparation.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
- Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas.
- Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Oversee kitchen personnel and support staff.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workspaces.
- Supervise overall kitchen operations.
