Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
  2. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional services.
  4. Collaborate with customers to identify the most suitable vehicle based on their budget and requirements.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.
  6. Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  8. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  1. Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Good organizational and time management skills.
  7. Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options is a plus.
  8. Valid driver's license.
  9. Valid VSA License.

Additional Information:

  • Commission-based salary negotiable.
  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
  • Competitive pay: $60,000.00 per year.
  • Bonus and commission pay opportunities.

Language Requirements:

  • French not required.

Work Environment:

  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Secondary School diploma preferred.
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • VSA Sales License preferred.
