Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Slave Lake Inn and Conference Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a culinary role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
Supervision

Work under the guidance of a general cook.
